Tonevo Treble Booster Pedal Vintage Germanium Transistor Design Based on Rangemaster Boost

On the left side of the circuit board, the knob adjusts the bias, while the one on the right controls the transistor gain. Since germanium transistors are sensitive to temperature, you can adjust them to the optimal position based on the ambient temperature. The panel knob controls the output voltage; the left side is the input, and the right side is the output.

Built with brand-new germanium transistors, this pedal is based on a classic circuit but features three key upgrades for modern versatility:
Adapter Power: Unlike the original battery-only design, this unit runs on a standard DC power adapter.
Bias Adjustment: Includes a dedicated bias knob to fine-tune performance based on your specific needs and ambient temperature.
Frequency Boost Switch:
OFF: Acts as a high-frequency boost, identical to the original circuit.
ON: Transforms into a mid-frequency boost, combining a booster with germanium tube coloration for exceptional mid-range tones.

Features a logical layout with perfect wiring to ensure signal integrity. The internal circuit uses all-discrete components, including low-noise metal film resistors, non-polarized capacitors, and a gold-plated PCB. This offers audiophile-grade quality at an accessible price point.

Power & Battery: This unit does not include a built-in battery compartment (custom battery options available upon request) and does not include a power adapter. A standard 9V DC adapter (negative tip, positive center) is required.
